Description

Vendor comments (I just had to share because its so true): There is a bitter sweetness to places and old objects left behind because of changing times or technology. Looking at these old remnants it becomes so evident that often the simple techniques and tools of the past were actually better - better because they were so simple. It is a great challenge of design to get all the right features in the simplest of forms. Just take a look at the dashboard of a 1949 Chevrolet truck. It's perfect and a great example of good design that still holds true today. When looking for old objects to collect, one of the most appealing qualities for withstanding time is a simple, good design. We have once again turned back to our roots, by visiting places and things long forgotten. It is a simple reminder to stop and notice the beauty that surrounds us daily, no matter how busy we get with everyday trials. We have discovered that the most wonderful things are usually found in the most humble of places. These relics also seem to have an appreciation for being discovered. We feel the same gratitude for our customers.
