A lovely application of a Victorian angel holding a pine tree antique scrap, her feet showing beneath her skirt, applied to a mica-covered cotton batting skirt, embellished with decorative ribbon, and a spun glass "halo". A Dresden flower finishes off the back nicely. By Dennis Bauer
